Once the product is received your refund would be issued within 48 hour or an exchange/replacement shipped.

Returns With No Questions Asked

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will issue refund on the products returned within 7 days, as we offer a no questions ask return policy with full money back guarantee. The products must be returned in the original packaging, unused and undamaged in the original condition you received it.

Used products cannot be refunded or exchanged for a new product. By wearing the product your refund/exchange policy is void. We can determine whether a watch has been worn. The original plastic wraps must be intact.

Returned products must be sent using a registered postal service such as FedEx, UPS etc. We do not accept liability for loss or damage of products during return transit. Any losses in this way are the responsibility of the sender. Claims for lost goods shipped by You must be dealt with by You as the sender. Please note that extra gold or extra platinum orders are considered custom orders and are non-refundable. We can allow exchanges for custom orders under certain circumstances.

All returns must be sent to our returns address provided on request. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if the returned products are used and in a condition that prevents resale at the full item price. We will refund the purchase cost of the products using your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) to the returns address.

Our watches are packaged safely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, goods in transit can sometimes be subject to damage and may arrive in an unsatisfactory condition. In the unlikely event of this occurrence, please take a photograph of the damage and return the product to us following our return instructions provided by request. After we have received and inspected the returned product, we will replace it free of charge. Should a refund be requested, then a refund will be made within 14 days of receipt. Please obtain proof of posting certificate and tracking number from your courier to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
